Job Summary:
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will increase the productivity and efficiency of our sales team. You will own projects to enhance pipeline development, drive customer acquisition and expansion, and increase TransLoc’s market share. You will work cross-functionally with the Legal, RFP, Product, Marketing and Customer teams to analyze and improve materials and processes to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Job Description:
Summary
At TransLoc, the Sales Enablement Specialist increases the productivity and efficiency of our sales team. The SES owns projects to enhance pipeline development, drive customer acquisition and expansion, and increase TransLoc’s market share. The SES will work cross-functionally with the Legal, RFP, Product, Marketing and Customer teams to analyze and improve materials and processes to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.
What you bring to the role:

Education
  • BA/BS in Business or related concentration or commensurate experience

Knowledge
  • 2 years’ experience in sales enablement and support or public sector procurement; sales experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Experience with Trello, HubSpot, and/or Asana

Skills and Abilities
  • Highly organized, with relentless attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize competing timelines and execute on deadlines quickly with limited supervision
  • Works well with highly structured timelines and deadlines
  • Ability to perform and deliver multiple projects on time
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to actively listen
  • Capacity to be responsible, flexible, accountable and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Professionally communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization and with external clients and partners

Work Environment
  • TransLoc is a hybrid-remote workplace combining in-office and remote work to varying degrees based on the role requirements
  • This role requires travel up to 15%

Physical Demands
Must be able to work at a desk for up to 8 hours
