Sales Management Fast-Track/ Partner/ Financial Advisor (Hybrid Work Environment)

The Boston General Office of New York Life is growing. If you have an MBA or sales management experience you may qualify for our Management Fast-Track/ Partner Program. We are also seeking both experienced Financial Advisors as well as candidates without industry experience interested in exploring a career in Financial Services.

Management Fast-Track/ Partner Career Description: Fast-Track Management candidates join New York Life as a Financial Advisor to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, which typically takes 6-12 months, you’ll be eligible for a promotion to Associate Partner.In this management role, you’ll begin recruiting and developing a team of Financial Advisors. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training course designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner.Partners build and lead a team of Financial Advisors with the support and resources of New York Life. NYLIC University, one of the most comprehensive and well-respected training programs in the industry, offers a blended learning curriculum designed to help meet Advisors’ ongoing educational needs throughout their career.Your ability to be promoted to a Partner, Senior Partner or Managing Partner is based upon objective criteria.

Financial Advisor Career Description: Financial Advisors help clients identify and achieve their financial goals.
