The Gym Milford is a locally owned and operated gym in Milford, MA. We are constantly working to engage our members and keep them on track with the health and fitness goals.
We offer a full group fitness schedule including LesMills formats. For anyone needing more assistance and accountability, we have a tremendous amoutn of personal training options and a STYKU body scanner to help track results. Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities

• Help Manage the day to day processes including inventory control and maintaining member accounts
• Responsible for managing and receiving orders through the PO system for Retail & Concessions
• Assist GM with daily deposits
• Ability to work outside normal work hours when dictated by workload
• Participates and assists in the creation and implementation of quarterly events in and outside of the club

Membership Advisor Responsibilities

• Generates sales through company and employee sponsored outreach and promotions
• Maintains accurate records using established The Gym sales systems
• Follows up on all prospects
• Conducts gym tours
• Conducts telephone inquiries
• Establishes and maintains lead boxes in the community on a monthly basis
• Establishes and maintains a referral program
• Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies
• Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to, and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Operating knowledge of the MSOffice application
• Ability to learn new data systems as required
• Strong sales focus and ability to drive revenues
• Strong customer service orientation with proven results
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility in schedule to cover when needed
• CPR/AED Certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
