Summary:

We are seeking a full-time senior sales professional with significant sales experience in IT managed services/managed security services, and IT professional services. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing new relationships with C-Level decision makers in order to drive new revenue that contributes towards TSI’s growth plans. With your proven track record in IT sales, you can readily highlight your successes with contributions to annual revenue that exceed $500K+ annually.

To be successful in this role you are a seasoned sales executive who is comfortable with negotiations and execution. You are driven by a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence - demonstrated by the quality of your communications skills which are exemplified in written form and in your presentations. The successful candidate must be able to work comfortably with an outside sales execution, with willingness to travel for business development and client engagements. Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for growing the client base and revenue targets starting at $500K (recurring outsourced services based).

· Responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline, connecting with, and building strong relationships with IT and business executives, closing sales, and coordinating resources of subject matter experts at TSI who will support the sale and help build momentum towards closing deals.

· Scrub lead lists to identify prospects and key decision makers.

· Lead efforts to acquire new clients through direct individual prospecting and sales activities.

· Penetrating new accounts through direct prospecting activities and proper qualification of potential business opportunities.

· Work with VP of Sales and Marketing to help develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads.

· Drive outbound marketing efforts including phoning and email prospecting.

· Develop high level executive relationships with true decision makers, key officers and directors at new prospective clients and maintain high-level relationships with clients to facilitate recurring client revenues and referrals

· Stay current on IT trends and provide credible knowledge and understanding of IT to client personnel at the executive and managerial levels

· Expand reach and awareness of TSI’s IT outsourcing and consulting capabilities; examples include active involvement in professional associations, professional speaking engagements, thought leadership, etc.

· Generate demand and close sales from existing and newly developed relationships.

· Develop plans and activities that create and accelerate awareness, interest, and conversion (interest/enthusiasm and recommendations from influencers and revenues from prospects/clients).

· Develop deep relationships and high levels of intimacy with targeted ITO prospects.

· Demonstrated knowledge of TSI’s MSP/MSSP service offerings; understands how to leverage through client’s entire business.

· Build an extensive portfolio of service-related opportunities by identifying and anticipating processes and functions to improve client operations and/or cut expenses; involves identifying recurring revenue business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required

· Develop close working and collaborative relationships with TSI’s teams including account management, help desk, field engineers, and security.

· Earns the respect of TSI’s executives by being seen as a key producer in the company and a part of the overall team,

· Other duties as required.

Qualifications

· At least 7-10+ of overall sales experience with at least 3 years selling IT services to SMBs

· Understanding and experience with cloud technologies, cloud migrations, and cloud providers. Some of these vendors include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure and Oracle

· Strong general knowledge of IT trends and operations (Cloud, Networking, etc.), need to understand IT and be able to explain in layperson terms.

· Strong awareness of the competitive environment within the IT services industry

· High comfort level proposing and building relationships with C-suite IT executives and other IT professionals

· Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills

· Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and HubSpot CRM tools

· Experience in developing and managing quoting tool and process

Other Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in the English language.
  • Strong organizational, follow-through, and project management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with recent experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubpost
  • Confidence and savviness using the internet for research and business development goals.
  • Experience with cold calling for business development purposes.
  • Confident, articulate, and well received with presentation of business-related materials including technical services; both in person and by phone.
  • Independent, resourceful, and driven by results.
  • Adaptability and thrives in a busy, technology - client driven organization.
  • Technology enthusiast as demonstrated by clear, hands-on understanding of basic office technologies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Technology; or related degree

Local travel required.

Commission pay structure based on closed recurring revenue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
