We are currently recruiting sales professionals to join our field-based sales team as Tool Storage Sales Representatives. Our field-based team members are rewarded with:

We set you up for success! After completing comprehensive training, Tool Storage Sales Reps operate and maintain their tool storage display vans and work with franchisees and company stores to increase tool storage product sales. Sales Reps have the full support of the Snap-on management team and are regularly reviewed for progression opportunities within the Franchise Performance Teams. With solid performance, they typically progressed quickly through additional roles in the field sales organization. We value your education and experience and consider candidates from diverse backgrounds.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to learn and follow a process
  • Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationships
  • Retail or sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient organization skills with detailed planning and follow-up
  • Interest in tools
  • Ability to drive a 26,000-pound commercial vehicle
  • State driver's license that has been valid for the last 36 months, with no major violations, and no more than two minor violations in the three years prior to hire
