Role Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads to foster new customer relationships while retaining current customers
  • Provide consultative advice regarding home security systems and demonstrate unparalleled product knowledge
  • Track and record financial reports regarding sales profit and revenue
  • Conduct dynamic sales presentations to customers as well as the sales team
  • Collaborate with team members to effectively execute territory management
  • Develop effective relationships with end-users and other team members to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of technology solutions
  • Work directly with the executive and management staff in order to optimize sales efforts
  • Train and mentor new team members in order to build a foundation for success

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior leadership experience (school/sports) preferred
  • Unwavering positivity and a drive to succeed
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be available to work full time with a flexible schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • BA/BS degree and/or experience equivalent in a customer facing role
  • 0 - 3 years of retail sales experience

Requirements:
