Qualifications:

· 2yrs of sales experience (experience in exterior trades is preferred)

· Highly motivated, self-driven, competitive, and an assertive goal setter

· Hustle every day to be the best version of yourself

· Ability to learn quickly and listen

· Ability to be humble and work in a team environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to utilize basic electronics. (Computer/Phone/Tablet)

· Proven time management skills

· Ability to perform roof, siding, window, and gutter inspections

· Be able to climb a ladder (OK with heights)

· Present a professional appearance both in and out of the office

Job Duties

· Participate in lead generation activities, trade shows, and team events

· Attend weekly sales meetings, team building exercises, and product knowledge training events

· Connect with the communities to build a network of clientele

· Meet with homeowners and business owners to determine their needs and educate them on the products and services we provide.

· Perform detailed inspections of homes and businesses that qualify for storm damage claims or warranty inspections.

· Effectively communicate and problem solve for customers regarding their property damage, or retail service needs.

· Discuss and explain retail and insurance claim processes and contracts.

· Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss damage findings and agree on a scope of work to be performed.

· Collect data for a 3D model of your customer’s home.

· Utilize software specific to NexGen to upload pictures, collect signed agreements, and house relative information regarding each customers project scope.

· Communicate with our production director to ensure details and expectations of your customers are met.

· Focus on referral-based marketing and customer retention by ensuring each customer has an excellent experience and is treated like family.

What do you need to get started with NexGen?

· Business Documentation, W9/Tax ID Number for 1099

· Valid Driver’s License or Personal Identification

· Reliable vehicle with ability to travel

· COI – Certification of Insurance (General Liability and Work Comp)
