Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with broker and client outreach programs to further project reach ie. eblasts, direct mail
• Coordinate administrative functions with onsite concierge team
• Help coordinate all sales-related events
• Create relationships with local vendors for events
• Assist in maintaining model residences and alerting the appropriate teams when cleanings, collateral and refreshment restock as needed
• Open and maintain order of sales office
• Oversee all inquiries and appointment assignment to sales team and communication of said appointments to concierge
• Handle all supply orders and deliveries
• Handle replenishment of collateral from storage
• Maintain CRM system (CMS) with all inquiry, appointment, and contract data
• Keep inventory and organize orders of supplies and collateral
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit to ownership on regular and as requested basis
• Update contract and sales trackers regularly

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
