POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Sales, Manufacturer Services will develop and drive the overall strategy and growth for the business by promoting the company’s capabilities to all applicable customers and strategic partners (manufacturers, service providers, medical suppliers, and consulting organizations). This person will be responsible for meeting all revenue and profitability goals for this business.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establishes and develops relationships with strategic partners, primarily at the executive management level, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers or develop relationships and opportunities with new customers.
  • Focuses on larger organizations where multiple Agiliti service solutions will apply.
  • Identifies small to mid-size manufacturing partners where Agiliti’s existing infrastructure and proven capability will provide meaningful value through improved profitability, revenue growth, enhanced speed and quality of service.
  • Develops and promotes service solutions that are reoccurring in revenue versus project-based revenue.
  • Develops strategies and relationships where partners serve as a sales extension of Agiliti.
  • Aligns the Agiliti value proposition with like-minded service and consulting organizations and Manufacturer Services strategic plans.
  • Sets and drives accountability for internal budgets and goals with selling organization.
  • Coordinates strategies and activities with Corporate Operations and Field Sales and Operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in medical equipment service sales, service solutions sales and business development required.
  • Experience selling to medical device companies and original equipment manufacturers in the healthcare sector with complex services and products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the Business, Marketing, Communications or Healthcare Biomedical Engineering required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in managing field service sales personnel.
  • Experience in both clinical engineering service sales AND operations preferred. Experience in Quality is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and managing large strategic B2B partnerships in a service-related field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Understanding of medical device industry trends.
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management and senior level staff with customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and drive performance.
