CheckedUp is looking for a Client Success Manager to take lead on complex problem solving related to LG Smart TVs (Digital Signage) & mounted Android touch-screen tablets. As a first responder, they will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of priorities while efficiently resolving issues. They will own the post-sale relationship, management, and growth of assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will also partner with internal team members to suggest long-term solutions that will improve the functionality and management of our devices, driving impact and action.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Provide high-level of customer care to assigned account group on a pro-active basis.

● Enter and maintain account and field team information in CRM with great accuracy

● Continuous management of assigned accounts post sale and post device deployment

● Handle and resolve all customer complaints

● Upsell existing accounts when approved

● Ownership of device deployment process from close of sale to follow up after installation

● Management of connectivity troubleshooting as needed for all assigned accounts (basic troubleshooting with client via the phone, management of the field deployment team if an onsite visit is needed, and escalating to tech team as needed)

● Creation and management of all work orders in your assigned client group

● Management of all field deployment teams for work orders under your account umbrella

● Invoice Reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

● Excellent telephone/email etiquette.

● Minimum experience of 1 year in account management and/or project management involving multiple teams (both in house and outsourced)

● Mid-level Excel skills are required

● Minimum of 1 year experience with a project management platform

● You are comfortable with a start-up environment, fast-moving projects, and agile approaches.

● You can easily and clearly nuance, prioritize and articulate long term objectives and weekly targets in reporting

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and become the go-to expert

● You have trained others on your team in new technologies, platforms, and/or guidelines

● You are very well organized, calm, and have a team-oriented spirit

● You get things done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility.

● You are passionate, driven and can self-motivate.

● Experience in the digital and/or static out of home media space is preferred

● Experience in Salesforce is a plus
