We are seeking a full-time Lead Sales Coordinator to join our team. The schedule for this role will require 40 hour/ week including weekends.

Your role on our team includes:

• Respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails from current or potential clients with a confident and friendly demeanor.
• Answer questions about our products and services, including helping strategically guide clients on which services they should book based on their concerns.
• Process purchases over the phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments upon request from the client.
• Respond to any client concerns with empathy and a customer-service mindset prior to forwarding the issue to be handled by upper management.
• Contact clients overdue for appointments or who have expiring rewards to help get them scheduled for services.
• Cross-train to provide occasional front desk coverage, which involves checking clients in and collecting payment for services.

• Open to receiving frequent feedback with a learning mindset throughout the training process until you are able to work with minimal oversight.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish verbal communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Experience in luxury retail sales, phone sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required. All training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 / per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
