Appstar is a leader in tech payment solutions to small businesses. We are seeking to continue disrupting the industry with our unique, innovative approach. We are looking to grow our sales channels with the addition of a Digital Solutions Specialist who will be critical to our market penetration strategy.

A Digital Solutions Specialist needs to be sharp, focused, and goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed. This is an exciting, constantly evolving, and tech driven industry. Appstar is scaling rapidly and eager to find a coachable candidate that can learn and grow with us to achieve our vision for success.
This is a hybrid remote and in-office based position. The role will be best suited for someone who wants the team company office culture, but is self-driven to be a remote weekend warrior. Appstar has launched online marketing and has been flooded with daily responses. We are in search of the right candidate to field and close these inquiries from small businesses owners.
Qualifications/Skills:
- High energy and captivating positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- 2+ years inside sales experience (B2B/ short sales cycle preferred)
- Ability to complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to solution value-based selling. Comfortable with one-call closing.
- Highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to multi-task
- Experience in working with digital marketing leads (preferred)
- Tech savvy with experience in using all social media platforms

Day to Day Functions:
- Relationship building and ability to quickly close new business with business owners in the SMB space
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Disciplined execution, a structured response cadence, and attention to detailed status updates
- High volume outbound calls, and digital responses to leads
- Ongoing team and individual training
- Encouragement to think and adapt to selling with technology methods
- Desire to evolve this role and department
