Job Description

AIM Equipment Company is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive. As the Account Executive, achievement looks like closing full cycle sales on inbound leads while building relationships with accounts to support the company revenue generation goals.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • Provide broker service to Buyers and Sellers of used machinery and equipment. In order to accomplish this, you must be able to coordinate with both the Buyer and Seller on price, timing, logistics, and other details needed to facilitate a transaction beneficial to the needs of both parties.
  • Sell used and new machinery to support client’s business needs
  • Respond to the inbound inquiries from clients requesting information on machinery and equipment.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • You have an ability to drive new opportunities into the pipeline using defined daily behaviors and activities.
  • You have experience driving the sales pipeline; including qualifying, preparing, and closing client proposals and achieving revenue goals.
  • You have experience with using a CRM and other relevant business applications.
  • You have effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).
  • You have experience managing client communications and resolving client issues and objections that arise.
  • You have an undergraduate degree in an area related to Business or Communications with 2-3 years’ work experience in an inside sales role with a proven track record of meeting goals/expectations OR you have a High School degree with 4-6 years of sales experience in an inside sales role or other applicable role with a similar skillset.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience within the relevant industries of picture framing, woodworking, printing and bindery, or machinery in general
