Job Overview:
Are you interested in partnering with a delivery platform that has re-shaped the construction industry's logistical nightmare? As a sales and marketing director, you will be responsible for managing/servicing a large portfolio of existing national accounts as well as acquiring new ones. We are looking for a self-starter, with strong relationship building skills and a self motivator who takes pride in helping companies stay connected to their customers. Be one of the first to obtain this new role at Payeload, where we take pride in making a difference.
What you will do in your new role:
- Connect in-person with new and existing accounts in your region. This includes relationship building and great customer service.
- Generate brand interest and create new accounts.
- Support company initiatives. Create a friendly environment with customers and teammates. Express personal leadership. Consistently maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- Spend more than 6 hours a day in the field connecting with new and existing customers.
- Travel and other responsibilities. Travel within a 85-mile radius of your targeted city is required, service areas may change. Other projects and duties may be assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new customers through in-person interactions. Follow-up with new and existing accounts. Attend/create promotional event opportunities Work with leadership to develop new account opportunities. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and virtually attend sales meetings. Travel between surrounding counties (subject to change)
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
More than 4 years Sales or Customer Service experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Task Management Ability; able to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
Customer Service; Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
Professional oral communication skills.
Negotiation Skills; Effective negotiating and closing skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
