We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who will be responsible for supporting several accounts. The primary responsibilities include entering/tracking new projects, maintaining client relations, reviewing order information/specifications, updating databases/files, communicating/processing Sales related correspondence while supporting the Sales team's efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entry of Sales orders into ERP system and informing clients of the preliminary delivery dates for order(s).
  • Accurately quotes prices utilizing pricing information and/or customer specific pricing agreements.
  • Calculates total price and quantities related to Sales orders.
  • Issue pricing adjustments on clients accounts - credits and re-bills for pricing errors on invoices.
  • Accurately identifies the type, amount, and required delivery date of product ordered and coordinates with

production team to meet customer specific requirements.

  • Updates Sales system if shipping/delivery dates change
  • Primary customer service contact for clients--communicates order discrepancies with vendors, clients and Accounting department and ensures appropriate action is taken to resolve discrepancies (i.e. credit memo)
  • Notifies clients regarding the status of orders, delays in shipments and RMA's
  • Assists with marketing campaigns
  • Answers inbound calls and email from clients
  • via phone/e-mail in order to ensure, to maintain current business
  • Works with Sales team to ensure the client requirements and company's sales revenue goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Three (3) year previous sales contract experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of EPICOR ERP system is a definite plus
  • Previous experience working with an ERP/MRP system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and have a strong affinity and understanding of the issues our clients identify.
  • Proactive, positive and customer focused attitude
  • Apply critical thinking principles and remain flexible when having to shift direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous aerospace or manufacturing experience is desirable
  • ITAR regulations require us to recruit a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
