Now Hiring - Commercial Sales/Project Engineer in Lake Zurich, IL

Typical duties to include:

• Sales of commercial roofing products.
• Build and maitain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Quantity take-offs, pricing, purchase orders and submittals.
• Developing and writing work orders to include proper material lists.
• Monitor daily activities and as needed compile reports on progress, compliance, and obstacles.
• Attend preconstruction, progress meetings as well as other project or staff meetings.
• Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractor.

Job requirements:

• Profinciency with Windows based operating system, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, stair towers, use exterior material hoists, or other hoisting equipment, and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and writing.
• Valid driver's license for local traveling.
• Experience in sales and commercial roofing/ or 4-year degreein applicable field.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
