Sales Manager

At PWI, Inc. we manufacture and design aviation electronics. PWI, Inc. has been in continuous operation for over 60 years.

What you can expect in a Sales Manager role at PWI, Inc.:

As sales manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of up 6 Sales professionals via direct contact, as well as, outside, inside, and independent commission-based reps. Responsible for expanding Aviation based Distributors. You will also have P&L responsibility.

In this role you will pay a key part in the continued success of PWI, Inc.

Salary and Commission:

Base Salary and Commission estimated to be between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00 per year.

Requirements for a Sales Manager role at PWI, Inc.:

" Sales experience in aerospace electronics and manufacturing.

" The ability to travel and produce sales domestically, locally, and internationally.

" Familiar with Profit and Loss Financial statements and be able to discuss current and projected sales with a knowledge of analysis generation and implementation.

" Familiarity with sales tools including but not limited to Spreadsheets, Excel, Word, CRM, BOM, Price Setting and Costing.

" Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.

" Work closely with engineers, manufacturing, and Government regulatory administrations (FAA).

" The ability to work autonomously, and be self-directed, tactical, and strategic in meeting sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
