Account manager and client service representative (CSR) committed to providing exceptional service to our personal lines clients. As part of our client support team, job contributions will include policy renewal review and follow-ups, fielding client inquiries, solving client issues, submitting policy changes, review and servicing of daily policy transactions, and electronic document management. To join our dynamic team, applicant must be friendly, motivated, detail-oriented, professional, willing to problem solve, and passionate about providing exceptional client service. CSR 4-40 insurance license or higher required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• insurance: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CSR 4-40 or higher license (Preferred)
