Network Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic initiative-taking, and solution-driven Network Sales Engineer to contribute to the efforts of our sales team in developing service solutions and driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts, preparing, and delivering solution-based service presentations. As a member of the Sales Engineering team, you will also be responsible for handling technical questions or issues that arise during a sales cycle while setting the appropriate customer expectation. This role is ideal for someone with a unique blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, leadership skillset, and business acumen with strong prioritization, facilitation, and communication skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team to develop service solutions that address our customer requirements
• Emphasize the benefits of the proposed solution and how it will address the customer’s requirements
• Preparing reports, proposals, and quotations, assist account managers in introducing technical updates Development Support Documentation
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of our services
• Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
• Translating and explaining complex technical information to customers and clients during service demonstrations and post-sales customer support
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper/H3C enterprise solutions
• Experience working in a consulting environment
• Experience in the network industry and familiarity with various network systems and practices
• Possess strong leadership and knowledge transfer skills.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure collaboration on solutions and swift resolution of problems.
• Excellent oral communication and written documentation skills required
• Able to communicate concepts in both technical and plain language.

Qualifications

• Successful trackrecords in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen
• Knowledge of Network - WAN/LAN, work with recent technologies
• Understanding of network management and quality of service concepts
• Inside sales experience
• Experience with technical writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
