Network Sales Engineer
We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic initiative-taking, and solution-driven Network Sales Engineer to contribute to the efforts of our sales team in developing service solutions and driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts, preparing, and delivering solution-based service presentations. As a member of the Sales Engineering team, you will also be responsible for handling technical questions or issues that arise during a sales cycle while setting the appropriate customer expectation. This role is ideal for someone with a unique blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, leadership skillset, and business acumen with strong prioritization, facilitation, and communication skills.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop service solutions that address our customer requirements
- Emphasize the benefits of the proposed solution and how it will address the customer’s requirements
- Preparing reports, proposals, and quotations, assist account managers in introducing technical updates Development Support Documentation
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
- Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of our services
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
- Translating and explaining complex technical information to customers and clients during service demonstrations and post-sales customer support
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper/H3C enterprise solutions
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Experience in the network industry and familiarity with various network systems and practices
- Possess strong leadership and knowledge transfer skills.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure collaboration on solutions and swift resolution of problems.
- Excellent oral communication and written documentation skills required
- Able to communicate concepts in both technical and plain language.
Qualifications
- Successful trackrecords in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen
- Knowledge of Network - WAN/LAN, work with recent technologies
- Understanding of network management and quality of service concepts
- Inside sales experience
- Experience with technical writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
