We are looking for a self motivated outside Business Development Manager to build business within existing accounts as well as new accounts.

  • Ability to generate prospective sales targets and sales leads
  • Prospect through networking and cold calling into new and existing companies which leads to schedule meetings, lunches and visits in order to build long-term relationships with buyers
  • Ability to take a quality order for services and follow the process through for client fulfillment
  • Quality customer service skills
  • Communicate well with internal recruiting team to manage delivery for customers
  • Negotiate to ensure optimal business terms

Required Experience & Education: B.S. Degree

  • Previous sales experience (Business to Business-B2B)
  • Prospecting skills and the ability to build a strong network of contacts
  • Excellence in service and quality
  • Excellent "friend making" skills
  • High energy with a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to build long term relationships

  • Must have reliable transportation (Vehicle)

Compensation Plan::$65,000-100,000 base salary (based on experience)+ Commssion+ Full Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
