ELS is hiring for the position of Sales Support-Administrative Assistant in Ellenton, Florida.
What you’ll do:
The Sales Support Administrative Assistant helps to serve guests and residents, respond to digital leads and assign to the sales team.

Your job will include:
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff.
  • Take photographs and videos of homes for use in various marketing sources.
  • Support Sales Team by keeping stock of marketing materials and maintaining digital marketing sources.
  • Assist in processing procurement card reconciliations.
  • Organize and maintain files for prospective buyers.
  • Maintain list of current available inventory daily including tracking new home arrivals..
  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
  • Handle inquiries by telephone in order to back up property staff.
  • Post daily digital ads to support the marketing initiatives of the community.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience & skills you need:
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
