Now Hiring - Administration & Sales Coordinator in Lynnwood, WA

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team at our Lynnwood location as an Administration & Sales Coordinator.

What the position will be doing:

• Answering the phones and taking sales calls that come in
• Coordinating shipping and receiving
• Basic office duties and support for sales team
• Processing customer orders

This position is an independent role that provides the candidate with the ability to grow and learn, as the office grows to support our Vancouver, Canada location. There is definitely an opportunity with this role to move up and into other roles, responsibilities and challenges.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 1 year administration experience
• Experience working with Office 365
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Ability to work alone and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel to Vancouver, Canada for training opportunities
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skill
• College Diploma or University Degree in related field an asset
• Able to lift WISHA/OSHA limit of 50 lbs
• Experience with quotations, sales orders, pick tickets, service tickets, invoicing, shipping and receiving, including cross-border
• Basic knowledge of electrical theory and/or industrial automation and controls an asset

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
