We have extensive experience working in and with Homeowners Associations, vertical and high density construction, and occupied spaces. We provide clients with a wide range of services that will help successfully complete even the most challenging projects.

We are looking to fill the following position:

**MARKETING AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

JOB DESCRIPTION
From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you�ll play an integral role in helping our services be successful. Your job duties will include developing marketing materials, running promotional activities, and performing market research. The ideal candidate will share our company values of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
OFFER
Base 40k-50k DOE + Unlimited Commission Potential

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
? Pitch products and services to potential customers
? Work to drive brand awareness through face-to-face consumer interaction
? Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers, providing information about products and services.
? Grow revenue through visits to customer sites
? Develop a networking list of potential clients and consistently contact them through the telephone and internet
? Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals
? Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include industrial, traditional and nontraditional accounts
? Support all team members

SKILLS:
? Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner
? Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting
? Must react to changing business needs
? Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred)
? Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company
? Strong communication skills
? Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships

REQUIREMENTS:
? BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
? Proven track record with 5+ years of outside sales experience within the construction markets preferred
? 5+ years� experience (preferred) maintaining client relationships
? Familiarity with MailChimp, Constant Contact, or other marketing platform
? Familiarity with digital marketing techniques such as SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
? Ability to create engaging and effective content to attract and engage clients
