Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Pinellas Park, FL
Bayside Terrace Retirement is searching for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing Director of the property.
They work with the Marketing Director and under their direction to complete the following (but not limited to) primary functions:
Meeting or exceeding the monthly sales goals of the property and company for moving in residents
Working with Director to coordinate move in of new residents
Conduct tours of the community for new prospective residents
Conduct outreach in the community to generate quality leads for the property (that convert to move ins- should be done several times a week)
Complete all admission paperwork in accordance with company standards and applicable agency regulation.
Work with Director and property to identify opportunities for advertising within the community. In addition to this work with the team to design advertisements that depict the goals of the company during that time from a marketing perspective
Assist Director in completing weekly and quarterly sales reporting
Work daily within our CRM lead system to complete calls, update leads, and utilize the system to company standards
Work with Director and other management team members to seamlessly coordinate move ins to the property
Develop relationships with prospective residents and families
Make sales, collect checks and community fees
Work with Director to ensure adequate promotional products, and participation in community events as a way to market the property.
Develop a community network of relationships (including hospitals) that consistently provide quality leads and referrals to the property
Ideal candidates have a reliable and successful background in sales, and marketing. Knowledge of Senior Living is a plus.
Ideal candidates have the ability to multi task. Candidates must be able to clearly and effectively communicate. Candidates must be proficient on a computer and in all Microsoft and internet applications. Having experience in advertisements is a plus as well. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle to transport themselves for outreach and to visit people in the community and market externally. Candidates must be self motivated, and successful at making sales.
