POSITION SUMMARY:

You will serve as a support to the Sales Technicians in the field by following-up on and selling estimates not sold at the time of quote. This is LOW pressure sales! Your job is to help the customers understand their estimates, and assist them in making confident buying decisions. By forging great relationships and helping our customers safe-guard their homes, you will open up unlimited earning potential for yourself!

JOB PARAMETERS:

The Inside Sales Representative position is a full time, commission based with an hourly draw for a safety net position Monday thru Friday. Occasional weekend when needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reaches out to all customers who have been left bids but have not committed to a project
• Answers questions and removes roadblocks as needed to secure the project sales
• Coordinates with the Service and Install Teams to sell and initiate projects
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Makes 80-100 calls a day
• Responsible for bringing in 18-20% of assigned department’s revenue monthly
• Participates in training and meetings as requested
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES:

• 1+ years of phone based sales experience
• Excellence in customer service and developing key client relationships.
• Goal-driven desire to help achieve departmental and company sales goals.
• Passionate advocate for our company who is an expert in our market area and knows the customer needs.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Nature of work requires an ability to effectively communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents operating standard business office equipment.

• Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurate and quickly, including answering phones, attending meetings, written correspondence or other forms of communication.
• Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
