What You’ll Do:
The New Business Sales Representative is an active listener who possesses strong communication and negotiating skills and will play a critical role in introducing our products and services to new customers. This position is primarily responsible for understanding prospective customer needs in order to close sales and meet company performance metrics.

• Generate new business by engaging with potential customers via phone, voicemail, and email to promote and sell financial services offered (loans)
• Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sales goals
• Understand customer needs and build rapport in order to overcome customer objections and close sales
• Educate customers on payment plans, addressing all questions and concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For:
We are looking for hard working, driven, and enthusiastic people who have a passion for sales and use strong communication and impeccable phone etiquette to close them.

• High school diploma required; Associates and/or Bachelor's degree desired
• 1 year of work experience required; retail sales, inside sales, banking/financial services, call center experience, customer service, food service, serving, or hospitality encouraged!
• Ability to speak on the phone with customers for 6+ hours a day, 5 days a week required
• Interest in sales and strong comfortability with persistence
• Excellent multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and typing skills
• Extremely reliable and dependable with strong attendance record
• Fluency in Spanish and prior experience in the financial services industry a strong plus!
