Experienced LUXURY Retail Sales Associate for our two well-established, upscale Women’s Boutiques in Palm Beach. Minimum 2 years Sales in Women’s clothing and/or Jewelry, Strong communication skills and ability to make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude and a strong desire to sell/serve will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Compensation includes a Base Hourly Rate, plus a Commission as a percentage of Sales - and a monthly Bonus Plan for achieving Sales Goals.

Responsibilities

• Sales responsibility and ensure Sales Goals are achieved, as well as perform daily administrative and other operational tasks at our 2 Stores in Palm Beach
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to promote sales
• Up-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about sales and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Luxury Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding and Driving retail sales
• Familiarity with consumer purchasing and behavior principles
• Product Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
