Now Hiring - Travel Hotel Sales Manager in Toledo, OH

Manages accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit past and present business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

Responsible for booking corporate and group travel. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients.

Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and well documented. Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.

Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.

Travel locally to conduct outside sales calls, promote the hotel and review competition.

This person must have a clear understanding of hotel business strategies and set goals to achieve them.

Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales

Conducts daily sales calls and arrange for site inspections.

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times by providing timely responses with immediate communication

Establish and grow market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major groups.

Conduct yourself as a Hotel professional at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and within the local community. Work on creating and implementing a marketing plan. Understand budgets

Good organization and time management skills required

2 or more years of experience in Hospitality sales management or in a leadership role within the field.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
