Selling construction equipment to business owners, fleet managers, owner-operators, purchasing agents, municipalities and other businesses.

We are searching for a road warrior that is as comfortable in a board room as you would in a job trailer or shop. You need to be confident, energetic and excited about commission-based comp plan that is unlimited.

As a Monroe Tractor Construction Equipment Sales Representative, you will be developing customer relationships and acting as the subject matter expert in order to act as the collaborative sale professional in the renting and selling of Heavy Construction Equipment within the State of Massachusetts. You will work to establish long-lasting customer relationships by building trust, assisting our customers with their fleet management issues, recommending the right products for their applications and short/long-term business needs, as well as helping resolve customer product issues. You will work to help increase the sales and profit margin for the branch. The successful candidate will have a consultative sales approach, and be able to partner with our exceptional service team to bring a best-in-class experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Long Lasting Relationship with customer base
  • Be a Customer Liaison between customer and Monroe Tractor
  • Time management to accurately cover territory
  • Quote and review trade in equipment
  • Sell/Rent New Used Heavy Equipment
  • Work with PSR position to help to offer the total package of customer support
