Now Hiring - Manufacturing Global Sales Reporting Analyst in Framingham, MA

• Own developing & communicating weekly & monthly sales reporting dashboards and analyses including sell-in and sell thru forecasts and actual performance.
• Partner with sales, MGSC and data center of excellence colleagues to develop requirements for next generation reporting.
• Provide guidance, documentation and live training to colleagues across the company.
• Arm account management with ongoing and ad hoc reporting & insights to manage short- & long-term business decisions.

• Advanced technical skills w/ MS PowerBI and excel
• Ability to tell stories with data while knowing the audience
• Experience with translating data into projections/forecasts/recommendations
• Experience in managing multiple initiatives and meeting changing requirements and priorities to accomplish objectives
• Strong retailer understanding and experience assessing business performance at micro and macro level
• Influence & credibility; strong communicator – both written & in presentations to large groups as well as executive audiences

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Financial Analytics, Market/Category Management Analytics
• Experience working in cross functional teams and with senior leadership
• Experience in reading and understanding data and packaging insights into recommendations & decisions
• Experience working on teams with employees across functions, units and areas of expertise
• Getting results without direct authority over resources and people
