The Sales & Distribution Analyst is a key partner to Wyld’s Sales, eCommerce, and Distribution departments leading analysis and reporting related to driving business towards success. The Sales & Distribution Analyst will support the decision-making process by providing financial information, deep-dive analysis, performance management and financial planning. Skilled at creating efficient reporting tools to support effective business decision-making and ability to deliver recommendations in a way that drives company-wide adoption and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare action-oriented reporting and visualization to drive sales and increase profitability of sales and distribution operations
    • Help find opportunities, report trends, and make recommendations for action based on analysis
    • Perform complex analysis such as trend analysis, what-if analysis, and forecasting to build models for strategies in existing and expansion markets
    • Work cross functionally with Marketing to monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer behaviors, market pricing, market forecast and market trends.
    • Support promotional planning and profit analysis.
    • Contribute to the development of sales plans, forecasting, budgets and building sales commission and incentive compensation plans.
    • Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts
    • Manage the integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the P&L for monthly and quarterly close cycles
    • Create executive-level dashboards, reports and presentations that can be utilized to make business decisions, including sales dashboards and database for KPIs for all sales and distribution roles
    • Involvement in month end close process
    • Generating ad hoc reporting for Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Product Strategy
    • Analyze key drivers including: Solution implementations, Retail performance, Sales & Distribution KPIs, Scorecards & benchmarks, surveys, Customer interaction metrics, and ROI models

Qualifications

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking with attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent follow-up
    • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements.
    • Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing preferred.
    • Experience in data analysis and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Business Central ERP, and Salesforce CRM software.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
    • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to maintain/manage confidential information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
    • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
    • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older; must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications
    • Will be required to submit to a background check
    • Occasional travel between sites will be required
    • Must be willing to receive authorized COVID-19 vaccination

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $75,000, 8 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, VTO, 401k and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
