Job Description:

• Attend training/team meetings
• Seek out new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Secure face to face appointments with customers
• Educate customers on our various products and services and any promotions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintaining up to date knowledge on SmartRoof’s products and solutions.
• Ability to creatively and confidently solve problems for your customers
• Competitive drive with a proven ability to be a leader through various types of experiences (sports, clubs, community organizations, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• W2 structure
• $2000 monthly base pay
• Attainable monthly bonuses

The first bonus is $1K and is what we call an "effort bonus". To be clear, this is not a stretch goal. It doesn't require superhuman effort. Out of 10 people, 9 should hit this every month.
