Are you a meticulous, results driven professional looking to play a key role in supporting a busy sales and marketing engine? As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll have an even mix of coordinating prospective client RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with our Sales Account Executives and providing ongoing data clean up to our client database. You will have an opportunity to perform a variety of organizational and time critical tasks using our tools and resources. You’ll Get To:
  • Support the Request for Proposals (RFP) process by coordinating with Sales Account Executives and other key partners to track and compile RFP responses and meet identified timelines
  • Maintain status and tracking of all RFPs, keeping track of sensitive timelines and getting in touch with key partners timely
  • Perform high level summaries of RFP trends for leadership
  • Perform data hygiene & clean up in our primary sales tools to support lead generation and sales pipeline activities
  • Research data discrepancies including duplicate or missing client data. Call out complex questions when needed
  • Audit and maintain lifecycle (sales cycle) values in Salesforce
  • Partner with Enterprise Systems team on data management projects
  • Other duties as needed

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience working in a professional environment
  • 2-4 years’ related experience working independently within standard protocols
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, highly preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Logical and highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Able to mine and scrub data using defined processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate business needs and timelines to cross functional partners expertly
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage time exceptionally well

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$23.24 - $28.40
