Position Overview

Ed Morse Honda is looking for an Internet Sales Representative to join our Sales Team!

This is a great opportunity to make a high income. Compensation includes weekly salary plus uncapped commission. This position requires an upbeat, professional, well spoken, detail-oriented person. Customer contact is mainly via phone, text or email but has some face-to-face interaction with customers as well.

If you’ve excelled in customer service, hospitality, collections, data mining or other auto dealers, then we want to talk to you! We will train and guide you to become a successful agent. We are looking for people who are energetic, exciting and compassionate – someone who can easily build rapport with people.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads
• Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
• Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent task management and prioritizing skills
• High level of confidence, energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
