Join our growing fintech company as a Sales Development Representative driving high quality meetings for our BDM sales team. Due to our growth, we are looking for high-energy, driven professionals who are self-starters, and are passionate about a career in corporate sales.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a part of a team that will actively reach out to our target market through inbound and outbound leads utilizing Salesforce and outbound prospecting tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
A Day in the Life:
Sourcing new business through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
Make 60+ calls and send 60+ personalized emails per day. In addition, youll find 15+ new contacts daily and add them into your call cadence
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory or vertical
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest (utilize sales cadences to ensure enough touch points are being made)
Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts to drive new meetings
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings per week and closed won business
Learn from your teammates, contribute positively to NMIs SDR and Sales team and sharpen your sales skills to grow your career

Requirements
Expectations for Success:
Successful Sales including phone experience in B2B, SaaS, tech
You dont hit quota because its expected, you blow past quota because its who you are
Self-motivated, creative, reliable, results-driven, solution-oriented; competitive and driven to succeed
Crisp written communication and fluency of expression.
Solid computer skills including Salesforce or comparable CRM.
Excellent references (recent and relevant).
Prior experience with cold calling
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and achievement of KPIs
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
