About this role:

Campbell's Sales Analyst pulls and evaluates data to support our sales execution priorities. Leveraging multiple data sources, the Sales Analyst will deliver selling opportunities and data summaries to ensure the Campbell organization continues to deliver industry leading in-store results. This role coordinates cross-functionally on key activities, performs ad-hoc analysis, tracks the success of our sales execution priorities and manages our detailed annual budget.



Responsibilities (What you'll do)

Conduct performance summaries of our sales execution priorities


Develop and analyze sales execution data to fit the needs of the business


Work with a 3rd party broker and syndicated systems to provide sales materials and information to help deliver against our in-store and online priorities.


Work with Sales Finance to manage sales execution budget


Assist in day-to-day analytical support for the retail execution function, building content driven reports and presentation decks


Keep up on new analytical tools that improve productivity and help to streamline our data analytics


Leverage store specific data to identify opportunities and ensure broker compliance on sales execution priorities.



Complexity & Scope

*Role reports into Sr. Director of Retail Operations but will work closely with Regional VP Leadership Teams as well as the VP of US Grocery and Retail Operations.

*Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders across the business to socialize and refine Sales & Broker strategies as needed, e.g. Acosta Broker Organization, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain Teams

Qualifications (What you bring to this role)

Bachelor's Degree required


Experience in CPG Retail Execution


Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in CPG is preferred


Advanced Microsoft Office skills


Clear Focus on attention to detail


Understanding of IRI data analytics


Ability to successfully manage multiple projects


Strong Organizational Skills


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
