Position Objective


Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Senior Sales Executive! In this role, you will hunt for new business and maintain the accounts to continue to grow the relationship.

The focus of this role is selling large, complex equipment for the commercial print division. You will be exposed to multiple technologies and have the ability to grow within the organization.



Essential Job Functions

Learn about our products, solutions, and new technologies everyday
Research, develop sales opportunities, and manage a pipeline of accounts
Engage with current and potential clients through calls, emails, and social mediato schedule appointments and conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations and demonstrations
Lead strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and others in target accounts touncover their business challenges and organizational needs to generate opportunities andcreateproposals for new revenue streams.
Focus on optimal customer experience through closing of the sale including post-sale support
Work with a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich your skills and learn to connect with customers to help them achieve success.
Contribute to individual and team revenue, corporate culture, and brand image by consistentlyachieving daily activity goals.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

Knowledge in the Commercial Print or capital equipment field is preferred.
Must have four (4) years of business-to-business outside sales experience, selling to clients in the Commercial Printindustry OR in the digital imaging solutions or other technology industry.
College degree preferred but not required.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
