Sales Specialist



This Sales Specialist has oversite of three areas of operation: Cabinetry Sales, Flooring Sales, and Online Sales. The right candidate offers high quality, responsive service to customers, and is deeply knowledgeable in all areas of oversite, while maintaining a department that is clean, safe, and well stocked.
Job Requirements:
Learn and understand all aspects of Cabinetry products and facilitate sales objectives, with the goal of expanding the department.
Learn and understand all aspects of Flooring products and facilitate sales objectives, with the goal of expanding the department.
Learn, Post, and Manage all online sales platforms with the goal of increasing overall sales objectvies.
We are looking for this person:
Friendly and personable.
Good communication skills, both verbal and via email.
Motivated self-starter. Problem solver.
Works well in a team environment. Cooperative.
Proficiency working with numbers and calculations.
Proficiency working with online platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, E-bay, Instagram, Craigslist, and other.
Strong ability to follow-up and follow-through with ongoing projects.
Previous sales experience necessary
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required including email, Word, Excel, Publisher.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must submit to a background check, and drug screening.
Hourly Full Time: 40 hours per week.
Tuesday through Saturday workdays required.
Able to withstand long periods of physical mobility and standing.
Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
Compensation Package:
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 annually
PTO : Two weeks' vacation, 3 sick days, major holidays
