The Executive Sales Administrator - Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Administrative Assistants, supporting day to day operations and monitoring productivity, quality, and activity levels. The Team Lead will also provide administrative support to Executive Sales Leadership at the corporate level.
Essential Functions:
* Lead, engage and coach the performance and development of a team.
* Support and act as main point of contact for assigned leader and department.
* Track and record department objectives and drive action items to completion.
* Build relationships with Branch Managers, HR, IT, Finance and other shared services areas.
* Lead or participate in special projects as needed.
* Maintain appropriate confidentiality.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of system enhancements or process improvements.
* Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Associates degree preferred, or 4-5 years experience in an administrative role.
* Must display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Comfortable on camera, using MS Teams or similar, for all meetings and interactions with colleagues.
* The position is located in the Independence, OH executive offices
* Ability to work independently.
* Highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, prompt, and precise.
