If you are passionate about it, come join us Chewy is seeking a Senior Business Manager in Dania Beach, Florida to lead the proprietary brands strategy and business planning for consumables and hard goods businesses. You will draw industry insights, customer insights, use the knowledge of other leaders in the organization to develop short term to long term business plans. This leader would Think Big, be comfortable with ambiguity, and use data to drive informed decisions. You will be influencing C-suite and senior leaders to drive industry leading growth for the business, and able to deliver the plans successfully.u0026nbsp; This individual must be highly motivated, team focused, organized, and detail oriented and must possess solid analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. What You'll Do: Develop business strategy for Chewy Proprietary Brands across Hard Goods, Consumables, and Healthcare to drive business growth profitably Develop business plans with merchandising, branding and marketing and drive successful implementation of the strategy and plans Develop business and financial goals, develop detailed implementation plans to achieve the goals, and successfully deliver results in partnership with multiple teams Influence senior leaders, peers and partners, and drive high judgment decisions Deliver new and existing programs successfully What You'll Need: CPG experience in merchandising, brand development and portfolio management Strong analytical and data skills to solve complex problems and drive process improvements Think Big while being able to tactically execute plan Cross-functional Business Program Management Travel expectations: 10-15% Bonus: MBA preferred Pet industry expertise and experience E-commence experience
