Parts Product Growth Specialist Corporate Overview: Are you analytical and like to problem solve? Do you have the ability to analyze trends? The Business Analyst Wear Parts (Parts Product Growth Specialist) position will support the organization goals by providing timely data to support business decisions on key parts products throughout the organization. This individual will handle the day-to-day support and maintenance of parts marketing programs to support the development and execution of the parts strategy within the dealership. Provides expertise to develop and execute commercial offerings based on critical requirements to align with the strategy for parts products. If you are interested, please apply today Responsibilities: Coordinates in the development of the sales & service strategy for parts products Leverages analytics (ex. OLGA, BCS) to identify & define highest growth opportunities and set targets for growth Defines and aligns the Sales to Users (STU), Revenue, & POPS targets by parts product with the Product Support leadership team Develops expertise in parts products (via training, research, NPI, customer visits, etc.) Develops, validates, and deploys the commercial offerings based on critical requirements Coordinates with Parts Inventory Control Manager for inventory recommendations Develops target lists in coordination with sales teams Identifies, deploys, and implements marketing programs for targeted market segment(s) including annual review for maintenance and claiming functions Coordinates with marketing department to identify appropriate marketing channels to be leveraged (including digital and/or E-commerce platforms) Coordinates with Product Support Manager to deploy sales campaigns to the Sales team Monitors lead generation (ex. PSEs) and management through sales funnel Provides expert advice for the professional development of the sales team Assists in deployment of training to ISRs, PSSRs, Service Supervisors, Parts Counter, Marketing Team and Customer Account Mangers for targeted parts products Leads the effort to represent parts product at dealer and industry events Supports field testing data to Caterpillar for new product introductions (NPI), product issues, and competitive studies Monitor and ensure compliance of the corporate parts policies, review parts levels for directional changes, provide data to branches enabling them to make better business decisions Disseminates key parts product information including part number updates, NPI information, and key value messaging throughout the dealership Analyze sales performance (STU & Revenue) via analytic dashboards to monitor sales Evaluate adjustments to campaigns or marketing programs, when necessary, to achieve to targets Coordinates and leads the feedback loop from Product Support Managers, Service Managers, PSSRs, ISRs, Parts counter on program effectiveness Work within and promote vision, mission, and values of BMC Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience and training. Must possess strong remote leadership qualities, good computer skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to analyze data and trends is a must. Knowledge with AS/400, experienced with Excel and comfortable with the analysis of data sets Parts marketing experience helpful Technical knowledge in relation to machinery wear parts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong computer skills are a must Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Must have analytical thinking and decision-making competencies Strong aptitude for accounting is required As a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 800 associates in 18 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska.
