Imperative skills within this role include generating and receiving leads, following-up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering buyer consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, assisting buyers in decision making, writing and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and offering top-notch customer service. The successful buyer specialist is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success.
