We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can proactively manage their day-to-day schedules. If this is a team you would like to be a part of, apply today What your day will look like: Provide executive support to both firm Principals through calendar management, coordinating professional and personal appointments, and by prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings and videoconferencing. Greet clients and guests with a friendly, warm, service-focused approach, screen inbound calls, and leave friendly, positive impressions with guests. Help firm Principals organize and prioritize projects, tasks, and other work. Initiate communications, draft correspondences, help proofread presentations, and ensure materials are ready ahead of time. Complete CRM updates for contacts, prospects, and centers of influence. Process event registrations, professional dues, and other payments, as well as generate expense reports. Scan, file, and organize documents in the electronic imaging system. Serve as point of contact with other professionals and vendors. What we are looking for: Bachelor?s degree in a business-related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. 2 years of successful executive assistant or office management experience, such as managing an executive?s calendar and priorities. Unquestionable personal & business ethics, professional discretion. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. A friendly, genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to express ideas clearly. Someone who can quickly adapt to new technology and software, including Zoom, Outlook, and CRM data management.
