The Endurance Group, based in Portland, Maine, is a growing business development outsourcing firm. For over 20 years, the Endurance Group has helped clients create and implement innovative sales and marketing programs. We are looking to expand our team and hire a Business Development Consultant for our Portland, ME location. In this role, employees create, implement, and execute effective business development programs to help clients around the world expand their business. In a truly cross-functional role, a successful candidate will: Make direct calls Conduct email campaigns Manage social media accounts Redesign websites Manage PPC, and SEO campaigns through Google Analytics and Google AdWords Write blog entries, case studies, and social media posts What We Look For Strong candidates will be: Personable conversationalists who enjoy speaking on the phone and in web conferences Hard, smart workers who have a strong bias for action but always utilize the technologies and resources available to them to direct their passionate action in the best way possible Critical thinkers who can thoroughly master a clients value proposition and conceive out of the box business plans to better serve their clients Willing learners who want to improve their business acumen and master new skills The following skills and experiences are considered major pluses: Experience with Corporate Level Sales and Marketing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word LinkedIn Sales Navigator Social Media Platforms, such as Instagram and LinkedIn, at a business level Salesforce/CRM Management Google Adwords and Google Analytics High-level writing skills and content development (blogs, website content, case studies) Additional experience in and/or knowledge of one of these areas: software engineering, insurance, security, real estate, corporate training, manufacturing/construction, or pharmacy/biotech. Working at The Endurance Group This position is located in our Portland ME, office at 45 Exchange Street, with the opportunity to work from home as well. Candidates should also have a home office with access to a telephone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
