Bloomberg Government, a product line of Bloomberg Industry Group is growing and in search of the next innovator to join its elite team of seasoned sales leaders. As a Senior Account Executive with Bloomberg Government, you will serve as the momentum that is consistently driving our company forward, impacting the influencers, the visionaries and the future dealmakers to make informed and effective decisions – the kind of decisions that ultimately win bigger and better contracts.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead the sales process, including discovery, value demonstration, proposal delivery, negotiations and closing for an assigned territory
  • You’ll develop relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients, gaining insight into the overall business needs
  • Leading the renewal process, you will communicate, deliver proposals and boost existing relationships
  • As a product knowledge expert, you will develop expertise around all products sold, conducting thorough demonstration and serving as a single face to your clients
  • You will collaborate closely with your Client Service Partner to consistently identify new growth opportunities while providing world class service for existing clients
  • Working within Salesforce, you’ll document sales opportunities, pipeline data and provide monthly forecasting and accurately predict sales revenue

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience as a top-producing BSB sales expert, accustomed to driving new business while maintaining the health of existing accounts
  • Robust familiarity with delivering high-level product demonstrations and proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle
  • Proven ability and demonstrated experience working within the Government Contracting space
  • Expert Salesforce user with robust business acumen and a client-first mentality
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with the ability to serve as a polished and articulate sales leader
  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales or a related field
