We are seeking for a results-driven, focused, energetic, diligent, and upbeat inside sales representative to actively seek out and engage repeat and new customer prospects in our exciting hospitality industry. We offer a generous base salary and uncapped commissions in a collaborative and fun office! You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability!

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and same day response to inbound leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, initiative-taker coupled with a mature personality
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven history in sales
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
