Job Description:         Regional Sales Manager, ARC Facilities

Location:                    Continental USA in Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern Time zones.


We are looking for top performing hunters ready to advance their career, disrupt an industry and achieve tremendous success in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing enterprise app business targeting the under-served facilities and maintenance industry. Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) are the lifeblood of our organization. RSMs are individual contributor salespeople who leverage a combination of inside and field sales techniques to win new customers. Once a new customer is won, the RSM will expand our relationship with large expansion sales.  RSMs are hunter/closers who can articulate the value of a modern enterprise mobile app to help customers achieve 10X ROI. Regional Sales Managers report to the Regional Sales Director.

Job Duties:

  • Win new customers and achieve or exceed quota.
  • Hunt their own outbound opportunities as well as work inbound, marketing generated leads.
  • Advise customers on the current best practices in the Facilities industry; understand their needs; and present the advantages of our solution.
  • Provide compelling product demos of our award-winning Facilities App
  • Identify decision-makers, project leaders and key influencers. Run an effective sales process to secure internal support and close deals.
  • Leverage inside sales techniques to cold-call, build pipeline and do early-stage online demos to advance opportunities as well as on-site, in-person leadership of key meetings and relationship development to advance and close deals.
  • Accurately forecast revenue for your territory, leveraging Salesforce CRM
  • Be entrepreneurial. Identify new ways to succeed and drive growth.

Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will a proven track record as a top-performing inside sales and sales development rep, with successful experience hunting & closing. Candidates must understand how to sell mobile apps as solutions.

Requirements: 3+ years sales experience as a top-performing inside sales and sales development rep. Comfort working out of your home office environment.  Travel as appropriate for your territory.  College degree in technology or business field preferred.
