JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Are you tired of working harder to build someone else’s dream and not getting the compensation you deserve? We are Team Build and we are looking for resilient bubbly enthusiastic go getters to join the team as an Inside Sales Representative.

Our clients are in the health insurance industry and cater to individuals earning more than 35k and small businesses. Every month the company invests $30,000 in leads for its agents. These leads are already individuals who are seeking health insurance, therefore, this is not a cold calling position. When clients are clear to close, you will get commission on the sale, residual income for as long as that client stays on your book of business, and bonuses depending on your performance.

Furthermore, as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be in a sedentary office environment, calling prospective clients, closing deals, upselling the various products sold, using a crm software, handling sensitive information, building rapport with leads, and attending daily training until you are a killer at closing deals.

Finally, the office is pretty young and upbeat in its culture, so expect fun and zen office work days. Yet, don’t let this fool you because all these individuals have an outstanding entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to succeed. So if all this sounds like you, and you are ready to put in the hard work to build your dreams instead of a big corporation’s dream. Apply today!
