Job Description

Our clients are in the health insurance industry and cater to individuals earning more than 35k and small businesses. Every month the company invests $30,000 in leads for its agents. These leads are already individuals who are seeking health insurance, therefore, this is not a cold calling position. When clients are clear to close, you will get commission on the sale, residual income for as long as that client stays on your book of business, and bonuses depending on your performance.

 Furthermore, as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be in a sedentary office environment, calling prospective clients, closing deals, upselling the various products sold, using a crm software, handling sensitive information, building rapport with leads, and attending daily training until you are a killer at closing deals.

  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers.

  • Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, mainly life and health.

  • Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.

  • (This is totally up to you, but will be commended for your initiative) Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.\


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full command of the English language (Required)

  • Bi-lingual in any language besides English. (Preferred, but not required)

  • Able to pass a background check. (Required)

  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Michigan Life, health, and accident insurance license (Preferred, but will guide individuals through the licensing process if needed.)



Bachelors in business or related fields preferred, but not required. Our clients are willing to train and guide individuals who are willing to put in the work.
