JOB DESCRIPTION

USPAY is the leader in the merchant services industry, provides cutting-edge credit card processing solutions to more than 25,000 healthcare practices throughout the United States. Our clients include doctors, hospital, surgeons, long-term care, senior living, pharmacy, dental, vet, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Building relationships/selling to healthcare professionals though out the US
- Collaborate with teammates and management to aid in your continued success and growth
- Mange the sales process from initial call to close
- Identify decision makers within target leads to begin the sales process
- Ability to make multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and needs, offering solutions and support
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Work with sales team while closing a sale
- Ability to recognize pain points and suggest alternative ideas
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- In depth understanding of company service and its position in the industry
Skills/qualifications:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls throughout the day
- Ability to think on their feet and remain poised during client interaction
- Money motivated
- 1-year phone sales (preferred but not required)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM software
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Inside sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience understanding customer needs and requirements
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Coachable and goal oriented
