Job Responsibilities

  • Building relationships/selling to healthcare professionals though out the US
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to aid in your continued success and growth
  • Mange the sales process from initial call to close
  • Identify decision makers within target leads to begin the sales process
  • Ability to make multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and needs, offering solutions and support
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Work with sales team while closing a sale
  • Ability to recognize pain points and suggest alternative ideas
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • In depth understanding of company service and its position in the industry


  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls throughout the day
  • Ability to think on their feet and remain poised during client interaction
  • Money motivated
  • 1-year phone sales (preferred but not required)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM software
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Inside sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Coachable and goal oriented
