Manages accounts and customers.  Oversees the execution of sales programs.



  • Manage assigned territory. Evaluate internal and external sales performance to ensure customer satisfaction and reach sales target. Develops specific sales plans to achieve sales target and increase the market share of Lee Kum Kee in assigned territory.
  • Seek business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in the industry including supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers and restaurants.
  • Create new business relationships and manage existing accounts. Build relationships with restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other referral sources.
  • Introduce and increase the number of Lee Kum Kee SKUs in restaurants and provide support to source Lee Kum Kee products.
  • Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Work closely with assigned channels/customers to achieve sales targets. This will include product education, research, competitive analysis, product penetration, development and execution of advertisement and promotional programs, and various plans and reports.
  • Set up and control approved budgets for sales promotion plan
  • Prepare quality plans, budgets, presentations and reports as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business and/or related field and minimum of three years of management experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  The individual must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.




This individual must possess excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in English & Chinese.  Must be able to work independently in cross-functional teams to achieve established goals.  Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must.



The candidate must be able to apply mathematical concepts to compute rates, discounts, percentages, and draw and interpret bar graphs.



The individual must be able to define problems through data gathering and analysis, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. He or she must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical sales instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.



While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have a valid driver’s license to perform essential job functions.



The physical demands described here are representative of this position.  The individual must travel to meet business needs.  The position requires at least 70% or more out time in the field visiting customers, wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to perform daily job functions.  The employee is required to stand, sit, kneel, and walk when performing essential job functions.  Occasional lifting and/or move up to 50 pounds.



The noise level in the work environment is light to moderate.  The position is often in an office setting, traveling or at customer/user sites (restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, etc.).  The position requires extensive travel – more than 50% of the time this position is expected to be out of the office.
